The Hilton family’s Hamptons summer home is in contract following a $4M price chop

Six months after they hacked more than $4 million off its asking price, the Hilton family — yes, that Hilton family — has found a buyer for their Hamptons home.

Kathy and Rick Hilton have found a buyer for their Hamptons home — the one where Paris Hilton summered.

The sellers are the parents of Paris: Rick Hilton, scion to the Hilton Hotel empire founded by Conrad Hilton, and Kathy, a “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum and sister of fellow reality star Kyle Richards.

The Hiltons purchased this Water Mill escape, at 9 Fordune Drive, for $2.38 million in 1999. It sits on land that was once owned by Henry Ford.

The property hit the market for $14.95 million in February. It was last asking $10.99 million. The sale has not yet closed and it isn’t clear what the new owner will spend — or who that person is.

“It’s a great property, although it’s in need of an update. But it’s a beautiful spot with lots of acreage,” said a spy who toured the home.

This East End home is where the Hiltons’ famous daughters, Paris and Nicky, summered before the family decamped to California in the 2000s.

Paris and her mother have been in the news this week after Kathy dared Tiffany Haddish, clad in a knockout pantsuit, to disrupt the Monse show at New York Fashion Week by leaving her front seat to walk the runway — as Kathy and her daughters egged her on.

Paris was also in the news for starring in lingerie designer Agent Provocateur’s fall/winter ad campaign.

The 10,500-square-foot traditional, shingle-styled dwelling was built in 1992 as part of a gated community.

It features six bedrooms, 7½ baths and sits on 2.7 acres. But these days, the Hiltons have rented it out more than they have enjoyed it for themselves, friends say.

Inside, the home features a chef’s kitchen, three woodburning fireplaces, high ceilings and hardwood floors. There’s also a den, a formal dining room, a library and a finished basement.

The property was updated in 2018.

Outside, and this being the Hamptons, there’s a lagoon-style pool, an outdoor dining area and terrace space galore. There’s also a three-car garage and a porte cochere.

The residence also comes with deeded access to Fowlers Beach, less than a mile away.

Corcoran’s Jared Seligman has the listing.
