Film producer and television personality Randall Emmett has at last found a buyer for his Los Angeles compound.
Emmett — the ex-fiancé of “Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent, whose producer credits include Martin Scorsese’s 2019 gangster epic “The Irishman” — initially listed the Bel Air abode in May 2022 for $6.3 million, as The Post reported at the time.
That price was subsequently cut down to $5.79 million before the two-story abode was taken off market, then relisted last spring for $4.9 million, and then reduced to $4.37 million.
More than two years since it first went up for sale, though, it has at last traded hands. We hear the deal closed on Wednesday, with the buyer — an older businessman from Beverly Hills — paying $25,000 under ask, or $4.35 million.
“It was a very nice transaction and it went very well for all,” said David Kessler of Coldwell Banker, who held the listing and has been Emmett’s real estate agent for decades.
This property, he notes, “is very special and unique because It’s located on a semi-private road off of Mulholland with gorgeous canyon views of Bel Air and a peekaboo view to the Pacific Ocean.”
Additionally, “there is a wall surrounding the view of the home from the street for great privacy, most of the rooms have very high ceilings that makes the house feel even larger [and] the kitchen is very spacious,” with a family room attached.
The gated residence — which was fully remodeled by Bravolebrity Jeff Lewis of “Flipping Out” — measures in at 4,276 square feet in all.
There are five bathrooms and four bedrooms — and in the primary suite a large walk-in closet, a separate tub and shower, dual sinks and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside there is a custom pickleball court, a pool, a built-in grill and a lounge area.
