Gal Gadot Reveals Terrifying Health Emergency that Left Her “Scared to Death” (video)

Despite consulting various doctors and neurologists, she was initially misdiagnosed with severe migraines. The symptoms persisted, leading her mother to advocate for further medical evaluation. Taking matters into her own hands, Gadot underwent an MRI, which ultimately revealed a major brain clot—a condition that could have had life-threatening consequences had it gone unchecked.

The actress explained that three out of every 100,000 pregnant women may develop a brain clot, highlighting the rarity yet seriousness of the condition. “If I had gone through a spontaneous delivery, I wouldn’t be here today,” Gadot shared, reflecting on the gravity of her situation. She noted that had she received appropriate care sooner, she could have been placed on blood thinners to manage the risk.

Gadot’s experience underscores a critical gap in awareness around women’s health, particularly during pregnancy. “There needs to be more focus on women’s health in general,” she stressed, calling for increased funding and attention to this often-overlooked area of medicine. Following her diagnosis, Gadot was rushed to the hospital where her baby, named Ori, was delivered safely within two hours. She urged other women to be proactive about their health, reminding them that seeking a second opinion or insisting on further tests is not just acceptable, but vital.
