At Sant’Agata, Lamborghini shows off the Revuelto, their newest, most powerful, and most advanced supercar. Alex Hirschi shows off the best parts of the car.
Which Lamborghini goes the fastest? It’s hard to say because some models don’t have official top speeds and many current Lamborghini supercars have the same top speed of 217 or 221 mph.
The Italian brand Lamborghini says that cars like the Sian can sometimes do the former and sometimes the latter. People often say that 350 km/h (217 mph) is the magic number.
The Lamborghini Revuelto is not the first hybrid Lambo, but it is the first plug-in hybrid. It is also the most powerful Lamborghini ever made and will replace the Aventador.
Alex Hirschi from the YouTube series Supercar Blondie is at Lamborghini’s headquarters in Sant’Agata to get a feel for the Revuelto and check out how cool it looks.
What is the price of the Lamborghini Revuelto?
The Lamborghini Revuelto will cost more than $600,000, but for that money you get a lot. A 1001-hp drivetrain has a 6.5-liter V12 engine and 3 electric motors. Two of the electric motors are in the front and one is in the back.
A top speed of more than 217 mph and a time of less than 3 seconds to go from 0 to 60 mph are not new, but the peak horsepower and hybrid features are probably what most people will pay attention to. Supercar Blondie Alex says that you can go up to 86 mph on electric power alone, but you can only go 6 miles before the battery runs out. The battery can be charged in just 6 minutes with the V12. A mile a minute.
The Revuelto looks intimidating in person and through the lens of YouTube, but Alex seems to be clearly blown away by the design, which takes cues from the Sian, like the Y-shaped lights up front, and the sound, which is very αggressive. It starts up in ‘EV’ mode, which is quiet, so if you decide to go for a drive at noon, you won’t wake up your neighbors who are taking a nap.
Why is the Lamborghini Revuelto so great?
What’s good about the Revuelto depends on what you value, but as a supercar in 2023, even though it’s a hybrid, it’s a big deal that it has a naturally aspirated V12; it’s basically a Lambo. Supercar Blondie shows Alex how the doors have a cool touch-open feature, the side sills are lower, making it easier to get in and out, and the interior has some features that continue to amaze Alex.
She loves the way it looks, but the infotainment system with digital gauges and a screen for the passenger is her favorite part. You can move widgets and features between all three screens to make the experience fit your and your guests’ needs. You can even save temperature control settings so that you can get to them with just one button.
A car that costs more than $500,000 should have wireless phone charging, but other than that, the Revuelto, which means “scrambled” in Spanish, mixes up the supercar recipe for 2023 while staying true to all the things that made them a poster brand to begin with.
