Taylor Swift has seemingly made a ‘massive change to her appearance’ as Travis Kelce engagement rumors continue to swirl around the hottest couple in the States.
Taylor Swift has stepped out for a solo outing in New York City, with the hitmaker making one massive alteration to her appearance while dashing about the Big Apple.
The 34-year-old looked super chic in a hooded grey cashmere maxi dress with some black tights, a long, black coat, and a pair of chunky black shoes. She then completed the look by carrying a cute beige handbag.
With her blonde tresses down and tousled, Taylor looked off-duty as she was photographed heading into Greenwich Village’s Electric Lady Studios for a recording session on Thursday night. But there was one detail about the pop superstar that could raise eyebrows – and that was the absence of her signature red lip.
Body language expert Judi James has analyzed the new pap snaps of Taylor, with her pointing out the absence of the singer’s signature lip color while adding some insight into why she might have opted to ditch the bright and bold look she usually dons on the regular.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, Judi noted how “there was the change in lipstick color from ‘Kelce Red’ to a more muted coral shade”. She added that Taylor’s “unsmiling demure facial expression that could hint the desire to snuggle in woolens might be caused by a desire to self-comfort thanks to a lack of the rumored pending engagement ring”.
Judi went on: “This is a muted look from Taylor and the lack of Kelce cos-play with the dour clothing and more pensive facial expression probably actually suggests she is currently putting all her energy and attention into doing her day job, although the big black coat is a signature look with her girl gang, meaning she might also be planning to party once the recording work is over.”
She also added that in the brief walk from car to studio “Taylor managed to fuel or thwart some ongoing rumours about her relationship with Kelce”, with her noting how she opted for “baggy” clothes that are “guaranteed to get the ‘pregnancy’ rumors going although the snuggly dress and clumpy boots probably just suggested she was prioritising warmth over style”.
