Ukrainian company Skyassist announced the start of mass production of Sirko drone.

The information was shared by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company Skyassist Igor Krynichko. According to Krinichko, the company has managed to establish links with various foreign suppliers of components. The company co-operates with Israel, Canada, Taiwan and China. In total, Skyassist plans to produce 800 to 1,000 UAVs per month.

Sirko is an operational-level reconnaissance drone. It can also be used for artillery adjustments. The drone is made of polymer and radio transparent materials. This makes it difficult to be seen by radar. Sirko is powered by a low-noise electric motor. The drone weighs 1.5kg. It has a wingspan of 0.9 metres. The UAV is capable of flying up to 100 kilometres. The claimed flight time is about 90 minutes. The drone is launched using a special catapult.
