The Cannes Film Festival is one of the most glamorous events in the showbiz calendar – and with the style stakes this high, not every star is going to hit the mark.
Tonight, celebs are flocking to the red carpet for the premiere of Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny.
The hotly-anticipated film – which stars Fleabag’s Phoebe Waller-Bridge – is the fifth addition to the hit franchise starring Harrison Ford.
Ahead of the premiere, the star-studded guest list struck a pose on the red carpet – which is part of the 76th Cannes Film Festival.
French actress Frederique Bel arrived at the event in mostly sheer sleeveless frock, which is sure to divide fashion fans.
The risque gown featured gold-and-silver sequined triangles which covered the actress’ modesty.
Frederique finished off her ensemble with a pair of matching gold high heels and chunky necklaces.
What’s more, French singer Yseult Onguenet turned heads in her statement red maxi-dress – complete with bold 3D roses on the skirt and frills around the neck and shoulders.
Allowing her eye-catching dress to do all the talking, the 28-year-old kept her hair and makeup minimal – choosing to accessorise her look with a black leather belt and zip-up pointy heels.
Meanwhile, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, 49, made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived at the film premiere.
The former Miss World winner opted for a voluminous silver gown for tonight’s premiere – which included an oversized statement hood.
The designer gown also had a black bow on the front and the actress completed her look with a slick of red lipstick.
Araya Hargate was another star who pulled out all the fashion stops for this evening’s event.
The actress was pictured arriving on the red carpet wearing a sheer red off-shoulder frock with some striped pink-and-black tights underneath.
To complement her nude bra, Araya finsihed off her look with some pointy high heels – as the remainder of her dress trailed behind her.
German actress Lilly Krug missed the mark when she arrived on the red carpet in a white-and-peach maxi dress.
Along with the Grecian-style voluminous sleeves, the statement frock also left little to the imagination with cut-out panels on the bodice.
While most male guests opted for timeless black suits, 24-year-old content creator Tim Schaecker pushed the boat out with his purple tie-dye effect three-piece.
Along with a matching lilac shirt, the social media star finished off his statement ensemble with some plain black dress shoes.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge looked gorgeous while attending the Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny premiere during the 76th Cannes Film Festival.
The actress, 37, cut an elegant figure in a black silk gown featuring a fishtail which she wore with matching opera gloves.
Phoebe, who plays Indiana’s goddaughter Helena Shaw in the upcoming blockbuster, caused onlookers to gawk and point while posing up a storm.
She flashed a beaming smile towards photographers before sharing a snap with her co-star Ethann Isidore, who portrays Teddy Kumar.
It wasn’t long before she joined James Mangold, Harrison Ford and Mads Mikkelsen for a group picture at the glitzy event.
