Notably, this achievement marks Timothée Chalamet’s first billion-dollar franchise, while for actress Zendaya, it adds to her accolades alongside the ‘Spider-Man’ franchise. Actors Stellan Skarsgard, Javier Bardem, and Josh Brolin also join the elite club for the third time with their involvement in franchises surpassing the billion-dollar mark.

Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, and Rebecca Ferguson, quickly ascended past $500 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film of 2024 thus far.

With its cumulative domestic earnings now exceeding $220 million, ‘Dune: Part Two’ claims the title of Chalamet’s highest-grossing film domestically, surpassing the record set by his 2023 hit, ‘Wonka’, which garnered $218 million.
