Suri Cruise shows off college
After a period of speculation, the college Suri Cruise attended was revealed. Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s daughter personally announced it to the world on social networks.
Page Six reported that next fall, Suri Cruise will leave her mother’s arms and life in New York to go to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, to study at university. The school she chose is Carnegie Mellon University – a long-standing private school, founded in 1900. According to US News & World Reports, this is the 22nd best university in the US.
Worth mentioning, it was Suri who revealed this news to the world through a TikTok video posted by her classmates at LaGuardia High School (New York).

The video, played to the tune of Abbi Sutphen’s song Always Remember You, features about a dozen students wearing sweatshirts printed with the name of the university they are about to join. When the camera panned to Suri, she was wearing a red hoodie with the words “Carnegie Mellon” in white on the chest. Daughters Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise used their hands to highlight the school’s name while smiling and making funny expressions for the camera. She also danced a cute dance with her friend.
Maybe because it attracted too much attention, the video has now been removed from TikTok.
According to Daily Mail, Suri applied to a series of universities with aspirations of leaning towards fashion. Carnegie Mellon University’s design school is not only the oldest but also the highest ranked in the nation for fashion.
According to sources, no special privileges are applied to Suri as a nepo baby (child of a celebrity). Katie Holmes helped with the application process, but it was Suri who made the decisions.
“She is smart and is growing into a talented young woman. She has a very close group of loyal friends and she knows exactly where she comes from,” the source said.
Meanwhile, Katie Holmes is proud of her daughter’s excellent achievements, and at the same time shocked at the thought of her little girl leaving her.

As for Tom Cruise, he has had no impact on his only biological daughter’s life in the past 12 years other than providing financial support.
