Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes got under a lot of peoples’ skins this month by “liking” a “MAGA” post by former U.S. President Donald Trump on Instagram. After responding to the initial backlash, Mrs. Mahomes seems to have made another, more cryptic post.
Taking to her Instagram Story last night, Mahomes shared a screenshot of a post by Shane Pruitt which says the following:
“Contrary to the tone of the world today… You can disagree with someone, and still love them. You have differing views, and still be kind.”
On the bottom of the page, Mahomes wrote a personal note:
“Read that again!”

While we get what she’s trying to say, many people see political outcomes and opinions as a matter of life and death. It doesn’t really behoove some people to be kind to those who disagree with them when the stakes are that high.
That said, Mahomes has not personally made a statement on her own political views in many years. She made this statement about Trump back in 2017:

Other than this though, Mahomes really hasn’t rocked the boat much in the way of political statements.
Honestly, this entire election cycle is making people straight up lose their minds.
