Rams GM’s wife has bad news for fans tweeting Davante Adams trade demands at her

Rams fans were quick to apply pressure on general manager Les Snead after Raiders wideout Davante Adams requested a trade on Tuesday.

One person even went as far as to reach out to his wife, Kara Henderson Snead, in hopes of delivering a message to him on X — which included a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter that said the Raiders informed other teams they would “consider” trading Adams for a package that would include a second-round pick and additional compensation.

“Please forward to Les,” the person wrote, including the report and tagging Kara in the post.

That’s when she hilariously explained why her influence on a potential Rams pursuit of Adams — after L.A. started the season 1-3 — wouldn’t work.

“So let me get this straight… you want the GM’s wife to forward a tweet to him… someone who has chosen not to to have social media… telling him about things that he already knows about… with the undercurrent being that you want to tell him what to do on his job,” Kara wrote.

“JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT” another person said.

“Civil discourse and Clase Azul tequila. There. I said it,” Kara replied, adding a pair of crying-laughing emojis.

Kara went on to tell another fan that she doesn’t add her suggestions to her husband’s workload.

“Couldn’t even imagine how much is on your husbands plate right now,” one person wrote. “Not envious at all and this isn’t Madden, you can’t just trade for everyone lol.”

Kara replied with, “Let me tell you what is most certainly NOT on his plate… my suggestions. Or if you know him… anything you would actually enjoy eating. Weird diet.”

She added, “Guys… they have a LOT to get to…” in a separate post.

The Rams could use some immediate help at receiver with star wideouts Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua both out for significant stretches after early-season injuries.

This season, Adams has 18 catches for 209 yards and one touchdown with the Raiders (2-2).

He missed the Raiders’ win over the Browns last Sunday after he was absent from practice the prior Thursday due to a hamstring issue.

The Rams face the Packers (2-2) in Los Angeles on Sunday.
