Margot Robbie has one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood.
And this week that star, 30, revealed to the May issue of Women’s Health UK magazine the diet she sticks to to keep her curves in check.
The Once Upon… In Hollywood actress – who will next star as Barbie in a movie – said she keeps it lean with little carbs and no sweets on the menu.
‘Breakfast is usually porridge, and during the morning I’ll have an immunity-boosting smoothie,’ began the blonde bombshell.
She then said: ‘I’ll normally have a chicken salad for lunch, and for dinner I’ll tuck into a tuna steak with sweet potato.’
Sweet potatoes are considered one of the best carbs to consume when on a diet.
The Birds Of Prey actress also said she is ‘obsessed’ with drinking tea.
The movie star has revealed she became a tea fanatic after moving to London from Australia.
Speaking about her morning routine, she shared: ‘Throughout the day, I’ll sip on tea – I’ve been obsessed with it ever since I lived in the UK.’
But there are times when the wife of producer Tom Ackerley, 31, splurges on burgers and Mexican food.
Margot now lives in the US and has admitted to being a huge fan of beef burgers and beer.
However, when she lived in London, the actress was obsessed with a Mexican restaurant.
She shared: ‘Food is a big thing for me.’
And her preference is burgers and fries, ‘which I’ll order with a pint of beer.’
When in the US, her favorite meal is a double truffle burger from the American chain Umami Burger: ‘It comes with a truffle cheese fondue, truffle aioli and truffle glaze,’ she said.
‘But back when I called London home, I loved the Mexican restaurant and bar La Bodega Negra in Soho. Everything I ate there was amazing – and they whip up the best margarita I’ve ever had anywhere.’
She also spoke to the publication about how she likes to work out.
‘[I] really got into Pilates when I moved to LA [in 2013] and always feel a lot better after a good stretch,’ shared the co-founder of LuckyChap Entertainment.
‘I found boxing sessions and fighting practice for Suicide Squad really fun, but quickly realized I wasn’t so much a fan of lifting weights. When I’m not preparing for a role, I prefer to do workouts I really like, such as dance classes or playing tennis with friends.’
Margot is currently one of the most sought-after actresses in the movie business, and she’s admitted to particularly enjoying her experience of working with Quentin Tarantino.
She explained: ‘When I got the chance to work with Quentin Tarantino [on Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood] I was so excited.
‘He is one of the all-time great directors – and I wrote him a letter telling him I’d love to be in one of his films.
‘Once on set, I made sure I soaked up all the knowledge from him that I could. If you want something, ask for it – the worst people can say is no.’
